Real-World Expertise and Passion - As a practicing Broker Owner, Alisha brings real-world, relevant experience to her classes. Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and her passion for real estate radiates through her work. Known as "The HOA Lady," Alisha has authored and taught multiple HOA and POA classes, focusing on addendums, contracts, and their relationship to the Texas Property Code.

Commitment to Education - With over a decade and a half as a full-time practicing REALTOR®, Alisha understands the dedication and commitment required to further your education. She provides in-depth, quality curriculum and values your time.

Advocacy and Leadership - As a Presidents Circle Golden R Major Investor, Alisha advocates on behalf of private property owner rights and is a proud member of the Purple Solution. She has served on Texas REALTORS® Leadership Development, Public Policy, and Member Benefits. Alisha currently serves on Texas REALTORS® Strategic Planning, Professional Standards, TREPAC Trustee Region 8, and Professional Standards Coordinating Committee, keeping abreast of legislative impacts on Texas real estate. Alisha is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS®, and represent Texas on the National Association of REALTORS® Safety Committee. In addition the opportunity to serve on Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Education Standards Advisory Committee (ESAC) was presented and accepted by Alisha this year.
