The Texas-specific GRI® designation is obtained by attending an intensive series of classes that totals 90 hours of classroom instruction. Earning the GRI® designation is a way to stand out to prospective homebuyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. Texas REALTORS® who have earned their GRI® earn twice as much as non-designees.
Texas GRI® has been updated to keep pace with changing laws, technology, and best practices. This designation satisfies the 90-hour SAE requirement for new Texas REALTORS®.

The 89th Texas Legislature addressed several important issues affecting real estate statewide. Related legislation has been signed into law, including SB 2349 (effective Sept, 1, 2025) and SB 1968 (effective Jan. 1, 2026). These bills directly impact consumers and licensees. This course is designed to address these changes to the Texas Real Estate Licensing Act and bring awareness to licensees who are the boots on the ground working with buyers and sellers in a dynamic and changing real estate environment.

The purpose of this course is to address the regulatory aspects of the management, operation and supervision of a real estate brokerage firm in Texas. The course provides an understanding and working knowledge of the law of agency, planning and organization of business entities, requirements for written policies and procedures, records retention and control, advertising, recruitment and training of agents, and the anatomy of a complaint filed with Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Section 535.2 of the TREC Rules requires a broker who sponsors salespersons, a designated broker of a business entity, and a licensee who is a delegated supervisor of one or more licensees to complete this 6-hour broker responsibility course to renew a license. Students will learn best practices and practical ways to avoid complaints and stay out of hot water with the Texas Real Estate Commission. This course will inform real estate license holders of the grounds for suspension or revocation of their license under the Texas Occupational Code. The course will examine both the code and current enforcement matters from the TREC Advisor.
Line By Line Through The 1-4 Contract
This class goes line by through the 1-4 Family Residential Contract. As one of the most used forms being able to clearly and concisely guide clients with completion is imperative. Being able to explain and guide Buyers and Sellers through the 1-4 Family Contract is imperative. Looking out for their best interest and explaining the impact of contingencies, exclusions, option, survey, closing date and much, much more is our fiduciary duty. This class goes line by through the 1-4 Family Residential Contract. As one of the most used residential forms you should be able to competently, clearly, and concisely guide your clients through the TXR 1601. Knowing what your specific clients priorities are is imperative to looking out for their best interests.
Professional Standards Training
This course is devoted to real estate professionalism and the Code Enforcement that is relevant to every real estate professional on a daily basis. This course explains the enforcement process and the duties agents have to their clients, customers and public as well as other real estate agents. Upon completion of the course the real estate licensee will understand how to distinguish between G/C, P/S and BOD role in the Professional Standards process; differentiate between Mediation and Arbitration and discuss advantages of the Ombudsman Program. As a member of the real estate profession each license holder must be aware of the code of conduct governing how they do business. This course will provide training and understanding regarding the standards of professionalism they are required to adhere to in business dealings and relationships as determined by the State of Texas, as well as the Texas and National Association of REALTORS®.

Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)
Regardless of how long a real estate agent has been in the business, seller agency has been available and more importantly, it remains the primary focus for agents across the country. However, since the advent of buyer agency and the emphasis on training how to be an effective buyer representative, it has become apparent we can no longer assume seller agents have the same level of effectiveness. The Seller Representative Specialist course is a 16 hour course designed to take a new agent to an accomplished level sooner and an already successful agent to an even higher level of competency.
